Welcome to DOKANY. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DOKANY. We operate this online store and website, including its content, features, products and related services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account or purchasing from DOKANY, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies published on our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to update product information, correct errors, limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase from DOKANY. We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure or incorrect customer information.

An order is considered confirmed after you receive an order confirmation from us. We may contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing and dispatch status.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without notice. The applicable price is the price displayed and confirmed when the order is placed, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Delivery charges and other applicable fees will be shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information. DOKANY is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment providers or incorrect customer information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates to the locations supported during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, order size, courier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable UAE phone number.

Any applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout or communicated before delivery.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates.

Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, incomplete or different from the confirmed order.

Products must meet the return eligibility conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law, including used, assembled, damaged, customised or hygiene-sensitive products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.

Product availability is subject to change. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and the customer’s preference where applicable.
